So that you will be ready to take your package and start your treatment on time. There are two ways how to check the order status:

A customer will need to know four last digits of his/her credit card to know the order status.
When will my order arrive?
A shipping type influences on the terms of the order arrival. We suggest you two options of the shipment: Airmail and Courier service. The Airmail delivery takes about 2-3 weeks (also it may arrive earlier or later depending on holidays and season). If you need your pills faster, we recommend you to use EMS Courier Delivery that will deliver any order within 5-7 days. When is credit card charged?
When you decided on a medication and a number of pills, indicated your data and paid for the order, our billing system is processing your order. When your order has been processed, your credit card will be charged. Make sure to have enough funds on your bank account to avoid any denials. Also, check whether your credit card limit allows to pay online.
How can I track my order?
Any order status can be easily tracked by means of a track number, and in your profile on the site. Also, any customer will receive all tracking information by email. Pay attention that a tracking number is available for orders that are shipped by couriers. If you have paid your order, just go to your email and check for our notification. You will receive a tracking number and a link to check the status online in a couple of days. Now it is very convenient to track any order and plan when you will receive it.
