Gentle fight against acne

Specialties for adolescents, who supposedly kill acne to death and suppress their attempts to revive in the bud, often contain fairly high concentrations of alcohol or even acetone. From such a “cocktail” it will be bad not only for acne, but also for the skin, therefore, before buying such a lotion, it is worth trying it – anoint the skin at the bend of the elbow. After using the lotion, the delicate skin should not flake, itch or redden.

You can use herbal remedies to regulate the rate of sebum production. For this, extracts of juniper, sea mustard, rosemary and oils of black currant, borage, evening primrose (evening primrose) are suitable. The pores are narrowed by extracts of white willow, birch, beech, laurel, myrtle, sage, eucalyptus and black currant leaves.

Peeling creams have become fashionable. They usually contain naturally occurring exfoliating materials like finely crushed apricot or pine nut shells.
Wanting to “cleanse” from head to toe, girls rub themselves every day, although young girls are advised to do this procedure no more than once a week, which the manufacturers honestly report on the tube: abuse of “hard” cleaning will hurt rather than help.

Those who cannot fight pimples
try to at least hide them. And decorative cosmetics can be fraught with danger – substances that can cause blockage of the sebaceous glands and the formation of acne. The catch is that for most people, cosmetics are absolutely safe, and for people with problem skin, even if only one ingredient has such properties. Lipsticks and blush are most undesirable, especially if they contain red pigments. Firms that value the brand usually approach the formulation of their products responsibly, but it is better to refuse cosmetics from little-known firms, especially if they are very cheap. The blush can be replaced with an eye shadow of a suitable shade. And remember the main thing: no matter how you want to sleep, never leave your decorative cosmetics overnight!
