7 steps to glowing skin

After the winter cold, lack of vitamins and sunlight, few can boast of a healthy complexion. Let’s start improving it!

1. We rely on vitamins

“Live” fruits and vegetables are, of course, good. But now this is not enough, because vitamins are destroyed in long-stored fruits. To get the full need for nutrients, buy a vitamin complex at a pharmacy.

During the off-season, vitamins A, C and E are especially important – it is thanks to them that the skin remains clean and elastic.

Vitamin C (found in citrus fruits, kiwi, red peppers) protects the skin from cigarette smoke and antioxidants. Vitamin A (tomatoes, broccoli, spinach) prevents the appearance of rashes. Vitamin E (avocado, almond, wheat germ) strengthens cell membranes and gives the skin a healthy color.

2. Let’s have a Hollywood breakfast

Hollywood stars know how important it is to have a healthy complexion. And from time to time they go on a special diet that quickly restores the natural youthful glow.

This 2-week program, in addition to avoiding starchy, fatty and sweet foods, includes a special “Beauty Salad” in the morning.

In the evening, soak oatmeal, in the morning add a little milk, a spoonful of honey and walnuts. Grate one apple and add a few drops of lemon juice.

3. Let’s sunbathe!

Nothing gives your skin an even coffee shade like a tan. And the fact that while it’s not the season to lie on the beach, it doesn’t matter – you can sign up for a solarium or use a self-tanning cream. Moreover, it is not as harmful as roasting in the sun.

Compared to conventional tanning, a solarium does not cause burns (in modern devices, sun filters are installed). And 20 minutes of such procedures replace 2 hours of stay on the beach. And also under the influence of UV rays, vitamin D necessary for the human body is formed.

True, those who have many moles, age spots or freckles on their bodies should consult a doctor before going to the solarium. But gynecological patients and those who use hormonal drugs and psychotropic drugs are prohibited from going to the solarium.

Here self-tanning creams come to the rescue – the safest and fastest way to get bronzed .

4. Making coffee masks

An excellent remedy that helps you achieve an even complexion with a tan tint is coffee. Only it should be used not internally, but … externally. And coffee should not be instant, but real, ground coffee. Apply the finely ground and brewed, like regular coffee, to the face and hold for 10 minutes. Then rinse off and apply a nourishing cream on top. With regular use of such a mask, the skin becomes velvety and takes on a “summer” tint.

5. We buy a corrector

When used correctly, correctors can make our life much easier and improve our complexion.
The main thing is to learn how to apply them correctly:

a fine mesh of capillaries, red pimples, as well as small pink scars are eliminated by a green shade corrector;

age spots and freckles are made invisible by the orange shade corrector;

circles under the eyes of blue removes yellow;

gray spots and crusty pimples respond best to beige.

The corrector should only be applied to the area that you want to mask. Do not rub the tool, but how to cover it up. Apply foundation or powder over the entire face.

6. Doing fitness

Best of all – swimming or jogging. Such activities increase blood circulation, from which the skin freshens, a healthy glow appears.

An important point: playing sports can provoke the appearance of pimples.
This is due to the fact that during training we sweat, and then there is street dust or chlorinated water from the pool.

Try to exercise in the morning (at this time the city air is cleaner), and after that be sure to wipe your face with an antiseptic.

7. Get enough sleep!

Truth is as old as the world – take your time to sleep. Especially now, during the off-season. If you do not sleep much, then the body, fighting fatigue, directs blood to the vital organs, taking it away from the face. Hence the pallor and bruising under the eyes. Moreover, it is not only the amount of sleep that is important (Margaret Thatcher, for example, gets enough sleep in 4 hours, but Claudia Schiffer considers 12 hours a norm for herself). What you sleep on is equally important.

For those who listen to the rules of biological rhythms: the best time for skin regeneration is between 23.00 and 3.00.
