Subcutaneous acne or how to reverse the “flowering” of the skin

It is generally accepted that acne and acne are the “companions” of the notorious transitional age, the period of hormonal formation of the body. This stage is characterized by abundant rashes that cover the skin of the face, less often the back, chest, neck. However, there are frequent cases of the appearance of a special type of acne, often independent of changing age-related conditions of the body.

These include the so-called subcutaneous acne – painful, dense, extensive inflammation. Outwardly, these formations resemble an insect bite, in which the center of formation is not detected. Over time, such a pimple can increase in size, representing a red spot not outlined by the borders. The number of subcutaneous inflammatory nodes, as a rule, increases. The main place of localization is the chin, cheeks and temples.

Why do internal acne appear?

Specialists identify a number of main causes-sources of inflammatory formations. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of skin type. Holders of a fatty and mixed dermatological type are most at risk for specific acne. It’s all about disrupting the sebaceous glands. In view of the presence of stagnant processes, it becomes impossible to advance subcutaneous fat into the upper layers of the epidermis, as a result of which the excretory ducts become clogged with hardened residues of a lubricating secretion. As a result, an inflammatory focus forms under the skin.

External pathogenic microflora has a significant effect on the formation of subcutaneous acne . Inadequate facial skin hygiene, the use of low-quality, expired cosmetics, the abuse of dense, mattifying powders is a standard set of provoking factors!

Often the “culprits” of the rashes are inflammatory processes that disrupt the functioning of the endocrine glands. Specific gastronomic preferences take a noticeable part in the occurrence of acne and acne. Fatty, sweet and spicy dishes are recognized as harmful to the skin. Excessive content of glucose and lipids (fats) in them thickens the blood, preventing its movement through the vessels. The lack of “nutrition” of the subcutaneous layers also complicates the excretory work of the sebaceous glands.

In addition, a love of harmful foods complicates the liver. “Clogged,” she forcibly slags the blood. This fact, of course, negatively affects the condition of the skin of the face.

Is Acne Quick Relief Possible?

Experts are sure that subcutaneous acne requires complex treatment. To this end, an assessment is made of the state of internal organs, blood composition, and nutritional behavior of the patient. In case external hygienic “defects” of the skin become the cause of subcutaneous acne, a complex of cosmetic procedures and anti-inflammatory drugs is prescribed. These include washing gels, ointments and creams containing zinc and sulfur. Useful in the treatment of acne, in this case, are masks of aloe, fresh cucumber and low-fat kefir.

At food loads, a special diet is recommended, eliminating harmful products. Fiber (vegetables, fruits, bran), bifidobacteria (kefir, cottage cheese) and vitamin supplements (in the form of balanced biocomplexes) are added to the diet. In this case, special attention is paid to maintaining liver function – this is facilitated by the addition of products of the hepatoprotective class.

The treatment of acne that has arisen against the background of internal inflammatory processes is also carried out “from the inside.” Specialists prescribe an individual medication course, including anti-inflammatory and absorbable drugs (from the Wobenzym series ).

Professional medical assistance is able to eliminate the external manifestations of the disease, while saving the patient from a number of functional disorders of the body.
