Skin without excess shine

Concerns about beauty and health during the hot season are fundamentally different in a number of points from similar concerns during the cold season. For example, the summer sun, especially the southern one, is so energetic that the face under its rays begins to actively gleam with excess lipids. Only dry skin avoids such an attack – it does not lose its matte nobility all year round, and in any climatic zone.

Let’s start with taking care from the inside: an excess of fatty, sweet, fried, smoked, salty and spicy will not lead to anything good, but a lot of fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs, low-fat sour milk products, green and mint tea, mineral water (at least 1, 5 liters per day), brewer’s yeast and B vitamins will give the most positive results.

In the friendly list, you can safely include the healthy habit of eating animal proteins (meat, fish, poultry) with green vegetables: green beans, lettuce, broccoli, etc., and not with potatoes. Moreover, these preferences will have a positive effect not only on the skin, but also on the silhouette and mood.

Cosmetic care products are selected taking into account the solution to the main problems of skin with excess fatty mantle: unattractive shine, enlarged pores, comedones and acne. Preference is given to “fluid” and a light gel texture, not thick creams, be sure to include in the program tonics or lotions and exfoliants .
All preparations should contain components that suppress the activity of the sebaceous glands (matting), cleanse the skin surface and pores from the remnants of their hyper-activity , neutralize inflammation and moisturize.
