Each skin type has its own approach

If it is wrong to remove makeup every day, then gradually the pores of the skin become clogged, unpleasant pimples and acne appear on it. And even if you do not use cosmetics at all, you still need to properly cleanse your skin before going to bed. There are many ways: special gels and lotions, milk and creams, soaps and vegetable oils …

The choice should be determined primarily by the type of skin. Cleansing cream and milk are suitable for all skin types. If you wash them off, but there is a sticky feeling on the skin , this means that they have not dissolved in the water and must be removed with a tissue. Vegetable oil is good for removing especially oily cosmetics. Vegetable oils are also removed with a cosmetic napkin.

Toilet soap is suitable for young, firm and rather oily skin. It degreases the skin and removes dirt well. However, it should never be used to cleanse dry skin. Such skin should be cleaned with a cream or cream. Washing her face with cool water with the addition of natural milk or any mineral water will refresh her well.

In any case, you should only wash your face with boiled water – there are no germs in it, and it is softer. Excessively porous and severely keratinized skin can be additionally cleansed with peeling eau de toilette.

Bath or shower – which one to give preference to?

Without a doubt, a warm aromatic bath is a great way to relax and unwind. Such a bath noticeably relieves pain, relieves minor skin irritations, soothes naughty nerves … In the bath, you can move around, rub the whole body with a washcloth from shoulders to feet, enjoy the aroma of soapy foam, rub the entire body with a brush, as a result of which dead skin particles will separate and the skin will become soft , elastic and smooth. This procedure is especially useful for sensitive skin, as dry massage is absolutely contraindicated for it. However, the bath should never be hot, because hot water can rupture small blood vessels.

In addition, hot water makes the skin sluggish, depriving it of elasticity. You should not abuse the bathroom, taking it daily, and also be in it for more than a quarter of an hour – in this case, it will become an excessive load not only for the skin, but also for the heart.

A shower, on the other hand, invigorates and refreshes, since the strong pressure of water noticeably increases blood flow. But it shouldn’t be hot either. It is clear that under a shower the body is cleansed more thoroughly than in a bath, where the water does not change. Therefore, the ideal option is a reasonable combination of both: after taking a warm bath, take a warm shower,
which will wash away soap residues and keratinized skin particles. After the bath, a softening cream or lotion should be applied to the skin.

Take a note!

Cleansing. Loofah scrubber, pumice stone, brush – these are bath accessories that we cannot do without!

Sea salt. Helps cleanse the skin from toxins and is especially useful for oily skin. Salt softens hard water.

Against cellulite. Correcting body gel and plastic massager help fight cellulite effectively.
