Carrot Face Mask Recipes

Carrots are a useful cosmetic product rich in carotene, vitamins of the B, H, E group, phosphorus, calcium salts, iron and pectin.

It is good to mix carrot juice in equal parts with orange and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach in order to keep the skin fresh. By the way, not only the skin makes the face young and beautiful, the smile is also very important.

For different skin types, different carrot-based products are used:

1. Flaccid, sagging skin, regardless of whether it is oily or dry, it is recommended to wipe with carrot juice twice a week. A mask of grated carrots and starch will also help.

2. With problematic skin, frequent rashes, you can make the following lotion: take carrot, cucumber and lemon juice in equal proportions, apply to the face several times a day. This solution narrows pores, treats purulent acne.

3. From wrinkles, it is useful to mix 1 tablespoon of fresh carrot and lemon juice, yogurt and starch (rice flour).

4. For any type of skin, a mask is effective that is prepared as follows: you need to take three peeled carrots, grate, squeeze the juice through cheesecloth, add yolk whipped in advance and 2-3 drops of olive oil. Stir, apply evenly on the face, along the length of the neck and after 20-25 minutes rinse with cold boiled water. After the skin dries well, grease it with cream.

5. Carrots help a lot in treating burns and boils. It is enough to attach gauze with grated carrots to the damaged place. Please note that with intensive growth of hard hair on the face and with dilated vessels, masking is strictly prohibited.
