A few practical tips for skin care

A woman remains a woman, even if she is over forty. She always wants to look well-groomed and always strives for perfection.

But not all women know that most of the skin problems are associated with improper use of facial cleansers, or none at all. As a result, acne, pimples, redness may appear on the face, and the skin begins to age prematurely. In order to avoid this, you need to remember a few simple rules and adopt them.

Rule # 1

Regardless of age, a woman should daily cleanse her skin of cream and makeup and take a shower. Remember: the skin must breathe, and in no case should bacteria grow on the face, especially in the summer season.

A common and “beloved” procedure for many women is face cleansing. It is she who allows the beautiful half of humanity to maintain beautiful and healthy skin. Cleaning methods and methods are different. You only need to choose your method according to your skin type.

Rule # 2

If possible, use cosmetic milk instead of water. Water cannot cleanse the skin of make-up, sweat and sebaceous glands as much as cosmetic milk does. It should be applied to a sponge or fingertips and rubbed into your face, then rinsed off with warm water.

The lipid components and phytoextracts included in the milk simultaneously nourish, soften and soothe the skin. The composition of the milk can include grape oil, castor oil, essential oils of jasmine, lavender, etc.

With the help of milk, you can not only remove makeup, but also give the skin freshness, velvety, elasticity.

Tip: If your skin is sensitive and dry, then it is better to use a cleansing milk. Milk containing calendula or avocado additionally supplies the skin with fat.

Rule # 3

Remember the tonic.
It is recommended to wipe your face with a tonic 20-30 minutes after cleansing your face. It removes lime build-up from tap water, which prevents the skin of the face from breathing, as the pores are “closed”. Thus, the tonic takes care of the breathing of the facial skin.

If you have sensitive or dry skin, you should use an alcohol-free lotion. Thermal water aerosols can be used. Only then will your skin be protected from redness and itching. Thanks to the lotion, fine wrinkles that form on the skin due to a lack of moisture are smoothed out. The alcohol-free lotion contains substances such as almond oil and sugar derivatives, which helps to accumulate and retain moisture on the skin.

Rule # 4

Cleaning of elderly skin is necessary. For this purpose, water-oil emulsions are best suited.
They are very useful for the skin and cleanse it of acidic effects. You can also use creams that are enriched with vegetable oils such as sweet almonds and soy.

Rule # 5

Soap can only be used if you have healthy oily skin. The soap is saturated with alkali-rich substances, which irritate the skin. Therefore, before using soap, you should think several times whether it is right for you or simply hurts your skin. If you have skin problems, you need to stop using soap immediately. Soap is your enemy.

Soap contains fat, alkali, aromatic, nutritious and coloring agents. With frequent use, they destroy the skin for several hours as a result of an alkaline reaction. If you do not have skin problems, then you can use soap.

Rule # 6

Do not forget about peeling. If you have finely pored skin,
this is the option for you.

Tiny Balls: Synthetic or natural granules made from crushed apricot kernels, bran or sea sand – act as ultra-thin paper of sand on the face.

Peeling is a skin cleansing procedure. Thanks to peeling, the skin of the face becomes like that of a child, because during this procedure the upper stratum corneum is removed. Skin elasticity improves, some age defects are hidden, pores are cleaned.

Dear ladies, remember about your daily skin care. Every day, more than two million sweat glands secrete half a liter of water, lactic acid, carbon dioxide, sodium chloride, and urea. Dirt and dust gets on the skin. So let your skin breathe freely! Remember that she needs a lot of care.
