Dedicated to owners of oily skin …

If your nose, forehead and chin still strive to draw attention to themselves with an oily sheen, or even worse – nasty pimples or enlarged pores, it is difficult to feel irresistible. Of course, you can constantly powder your nose and run around the shops in search of anti-inflammatory and mattifying creams. However, it is much more pleasant to realize that even without such tweaks your skin looks just great – clean, smooth, without a gram of fat! Naturally, this requires a little work. Moreover, such work will have a beneficial effect not only on the face, but also on the body as a whole. Let’s get started?

First, you need to forget about:

the use of spicy, oily, too hot food and alcohol,
washing with hot water:
hassle;
abuse of cosmetics, especially decorative,
excessive, excessive and rough cleaning of the face, because this can lead to increased secretion of the sebaceous glands;
using oily face creams;

Secondly, it is worth taking for granted:

cleansing the skin 2 times a day with a gel for washing or lotions, you can homemade:

– Pour 200 g of vodka with peeled and chopped lemon, leave for 5 days, drain;

– Mix 20 g of alcohol tincture of St. John’s wort with 25 g of calendula tincture and add 50 g of water;

– pour half a glass of grated strawberries with 1 glass of vodka, let it stand for a month, drain, mix in half with vodka;

– 1 tbsp. l. Pour 1 cup boiling water over dried or fresh parsley roots and leaves, boil in a water bath for 20 – 30 minutes, strain, add a quarter cup of white wine;

– an alcohol solution of calendula (sold in pharmacies);

limiting the use of sugar, sweets, jams, honey, pastries, cakes, chocolate, coffee, nuts, pickles, smoked meats;

eating more food rich in B vitamins (strawberries, yeast, cereals, cabbage, sea buckthorn, watermelon, beets, zucchini, onions, raspberries, wheat bran, oranges);

the use of all kinds of cosmetics only for oily skin types, containing biologically active substances such as vitamin A, aloe juice, horsetail extract, plantain, nettle, chamomile, sage, calendula, fruit acids;

resolution of possible problems with the intestines, gallbladder, stomach, liver;

daily rubbing the skin of the face with an ice cube,

with enlarged pores of the skin of the face 1 – 4 times a month, depending on age and the degree of pore expansion, use the following tightening masks:

– apply beaten egg white with a brush or swab, hold on the face until a thin film is formed, then apply a second layer on this film, again until a film is formed, then a third layer, etc. The duration of the mask is 15-20 minutes. from complete drying. Wash off the mask with warm water, then rinse your face with cold;

– Grate the apple and mix with the beaten egg white. Apply the gruel to the face and after 15-20 minutes. wash off with cool water (carrot, cucumber, peach and tomato masks are prepared in the same way);

– crush a few currants. Mix the resulting juice with 1 tsp. starch and apply gruel to the skin of the face,

– knead 2 tbsp. l. strawberries, mix with whipped egg white, add 1 tsp. starch and vegetable oil. After 15 minutes. wash off with warm water, then cool;

– useful masks from persimmon gruel, quince, elderberry, mountain ash, cucumber, lemon, grapefruit, orange;

Finally, try to comply with the following guidelines:

acidify water for washing (2 tsp. lemon juice per 1 liter of water) or add some salt (0.5 tsp. salt per 1 liter of water);

to tone the skin after washing with tea leaves, infusions of calendula, sage, oak bark, horsetail, chamomile, coltsfoot;

do steam baths with the above herbs 2-3 times a month;

do not forget to apply contrasting compresses, as well as warm compresses from decoctions of chamomile, St. John’s wort, sage, field horsetail, linden blossom and yarrow (in a ratio of 30: 25: 10 g), nettle infusion (1 tbsp. l. on glass of water), calendula. aloe juice, diluted equally with water, birch sap. Apply a compress for 1 – 2 minutes. Then apply a cold one. Frequency 2-3 times a week;

periodically wash with oatmeal (grind 1 glass of oatmeal, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, mix well). For washing, take 1 tbsp. – l. mixture, add water or sour milk to it until a gruel forms and gradually apply on the face and neck. In 10 minutes. wash off the mixture with warm and then cool water;

1-2 times a week to use medicinal masks that reduce oily skin (and nourish it):

– dilute the yeast with boiled water until the consistency of sour cream. After washing your face with hot water and soap, spread the mask with a thick layer on the skin and hold for 30 minutes. Then rinse with cool water;

– sauerkraut is applied to the face in a thick layer for 15 minutes, after which the skin is rinsed with sage infusion (or water) and lubricated with a nourishing cream for oily skin;

– Mix fresh fruit or vegetable juice with baby powder until thick sour cream. Apply the mask in 2 steps. Wash off after 20 minutes. warm and then cool water;

– 4 handfuls of fresh parsley, pour half a liter of boiling water and leave for an hour. To two st. l. infusion add chopped oat flakes in a meat grinder until gruel is formed. Apply on face and neck in a thick layer for 20 minutes;

during the year, carry out 2 series of massage, 15-20 procedures each every other day;

do not ignore procedures such as darsonval and ultraviolet radiation when visiting a beauty salon.
