Diet for beautiful skin

In most cases, skin problems such as acne, redness, and flaking are caused by a lack or excess of certain nutrients. Our dietary advice will help you get rid of skin problems.

Redness

A light blush on the cheeks looks attractive, but “beetroot” cheeks are out of fashion now. Some foods and drinks, such as spices, smoked meat and red wine, dilate blood vessels, which makes the face red.

Recipe:

If you blush easily, be careful about the foods you eat. Can’t deny yourself spicy food? We advise you to be careful with spicy dishes and seasonings.

Acne

You are well aware that acne comes from fries. But it is not the fat in which it was fried that causes them, but the potato itself. Recently, scientists examined 1,200 residents of one of the islands of Papua New Guinea and 115 indigenous people of Paraguay and did not find a single pimple on their faces.

And it’s all about a diet that consists primarily of protein, fruits and vegetables. Their menu is completely devoid of simple carbohydrates – white bread,
pasta, rice, potatoes and candy – frequent components of our daily diet. These carbohydrates raise blood insulin levels, which the researchers claim is the cause of acne.

Recipe:
Eat complex carbohydrates in moderation instead of refined white carbs: whole grain bread, brown rice, durum pasta (check the packaging – the product should not contain premium flour). Such carbohydrates are digested longer and therefore do not provoke a sharp release of insulin.

Peeling

Perhaps you are trying to lose weight and have completely eliminated fat from your diet. Your face paid for such decisions. If you consume less than 20 grams of fat per day, the body does not get enough vitamin A to prevent premature aging. The skin becomes dry and begins to peel off.

Recipe:

Sprinkle olive oil on the salad and add avocados and nuts to it. This will not greatly spoil your waist,
but will greatly help your face.

Wrinkles and inflammation

Fish is an excellent source of the body’s essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. These acids reduce the manifestation of various inflammatory processes in the body that lead to clogged skin pores, acne and premature wrinkles. Fish varieties that contain the most fatty amino acids are salmon, tuna and mackerel. They also contain almonds, hazelnuts and flaxseed.
