Diet for the face

Women are ready for a lot for the sake of luxurious skin: expensive cosmetics, regular visits to tanning salons and spa resorts. Money is wasted, time is wasted, hopes are dying, and skin often remains imperfect. If you are already over 18, then most likely it is a matter of diet. If you eat right, you can avoid many troubles.

Redness

A light blush on the cheeks looks attractive, but “beetroot” cheeks are out of fashion now. Some foods and drinks, such as spices, smoked meat and red wine, dilate blood vessels, which makes the face red.

Recipe: If you blush easily, be more careful about the foods you eat. Can’t deny yourself spicy food in restaurants? Order Thai food without curry and ask for sushi to cook wasabi without seasoning. And reduce the amount of wine you consume.

Acne

You are well aware that acne comes from fries. But it is not the fat in which it was fried, but the potatoes themselves that cause them. Scientists recently examined 1,200 inhabitants of one of the islands of Papua New Guinea and 115 aborigines of Paraguay and did not find a single pimple on their faces. And it’s all about a diet that consists primarily of protein, fruits and vegetables. Their menu is completely devoid of simple carbohydrates – white bread,
pasta, rice, potatoes and candy – frequent components of our daily diet. These carbohydrates raise blood insulin levels, which the researchers claim is the cause of acne.

Recipe: Instead of refined white carbohydrates, eat moderate carbohydrates in moderation: whole grain bread, brown rice, durum wheat pasta (check packaging – the product should not contain premium flour). These carbohydrates take longer to digest and therefore do not trigger an insulin spike.

Peeling

Perhaps
you are trying to lose weight and have completely eliminated fat from your diet. Your face paid for such decisions. If you consume less than 20 grams of fat per day, the body does not receive enough vitamin A to prevent premature aging. The skin becomes dry and begins to peel off.

Recipe: Sprinkle salad with olive oil and add avocado and nuts. This will not greatly spoil your waist, but it will greatly help your face.

Wrinkles and inflammation

Fish is an excellent source of essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
These acids reduce the manifestation of various inflammatory processes in the body that lead to clogged skin pores, acne and premature wrinkles. Fish varieties that contain the most fatty amino acids are salmon, tuna and mackerel. They also contain almonds, hazelnuts and flaxseeds.

Recipe: Smoked salmon for breakfast, tuna sandwiches for lunch, and Filet-O-Fish instead of Big Mac. With this menu, you will have enough fatty acids in your diet. If you don’t like fish, snack on almonds (just not a lot, they are very high in calories)
